For over 5 years J.D. was employed by Mark Woollen & Associates, one of the premiere movie marketing agencies in the United States, where he edited multiple Clio Entertainment and Golden Trailer award winning trailers, and widely seen pieces for Annihilation, Sicario, and Fifty Shades of Grey. His editorial has also been featured on campaigns for the Academy Award winning movies Birdman, Fences, and Room.
J.D. currently works at Netflix in Hollywood, CA as part of their in-house marketing department within Creative Studio. His short film directorial debut Exposure is now screening in film festivals world-wide.
