HI THERE FELLOW PROMAXERS

We're officially in the second half of the year and that means all things Promax are gearing up.

Last year's conference felt like you were all getting back into the spirit of the awards and the after party was in full swing... the rooftop couldn't keep up with us!

I'm really excited to see some big changes coming to the conference this year and the future of the organisation after that. Word on the street is Promax is about to get a massive global glow up - but we'll give you the full scoop on September 20.

This year you’ll see are vamped conference day after some inspiring consultation with some of the advertising and entertainment industry’s brightest minds. Now, the 1-hour sessions will be limited to a few big key notes, and the rest of the time will be jam packed with smaller, bite sized talks and topics. The day is really going to pump along and I hope you get a lot out of it.

Something else I’m really passionate about, is bringing our younger and newer creatives into the Promax fold and making sure we have an industry community that supports them and their careers. After platform disruption, covid, AI.. I know there’s challenges that can cause career anxiety, but with the right mindset, skills and adaptability you can actually become really valuable as a creative in this modern world.

This is a big reason why I accepted the chairperson role. Once upon a time, I was a little starry eyed junior creative who came to Promax, saw all the people like me and who I wanted to be like one day, getting pumped up over each other’s work, the wild sessions and insights. I walked away so inspired and proud of my career path, where I worked, who I worked with. I want everyone in the industry to feel that buzz. There’s never been a more important time to back each other and to celebrate each other. Create community! I believe our industry truly will be stronger for it.  So let’s step into the future together, starting September 20.
